There should be a relationship of mutual respect and cooperation between workers and employers. However, this is not always the case and unjustified terminations, such as illegal dismissal, incorrect notice periods, incorrect compensation for the notice period or chaining of fixed-term employment, are real problems in some workplaces.
We help our clients to make a legal assessment of their situation and provide advice on issues such as starting and ending employment, drafting employment contracts, dismissals, rights and obligations of employees and contract interpretation. If necessary, we assist our client, for example by seeking compensation in court, for the client's wrongful termination.
